一、項目背景
在山東臨沂平邑縣的花崗巖礦山地質環境治理區，一座好的、環保的花崗巖碎石制砂生產線成功投產并穩定運行。該項目是在原有花崗巖礦山修復基礎上的資源化利用工程，旨在實現對廢棄石料的綠色加工，同時兼顧生態修復，"礦山治理+砂石生產"可持續發展模式。
二、綜合治理與資源再生
本項目嚴格依照《花崗巖礦山地質環境治理工程設計方案》實施，分兩階段推進生態修復：
一期工程（2020.4-2020.10）：治理面積290畝，完成危巖清理、廢石渣外運及場地平整；
二期工程（2021.4起）：擴展至647畝，深化邊坡防護、栽種側柏及播撒草種，實現礦區復綠。
創新點：礦山修復過程中產生的花崗巖尾料（原廢棄石渣）被重新利用，通過好的破碎制砂設備轉化為精品砂石骨料（0-5mm、5-10mm規格）及鐵路道砟石（10-31.5mm），資源綜合利用率超95%。
三、核心設備與工藝流程
1. 主要設備配置（均由世邦集團提供）
粗碎階段：1臺C6X145顎式破碎機 —— 處理大塊花崗巖（進料粒度≤1100mm），抗壓強度達300MPa；
中細碎階段：HST315單缸圓錐破+3臺HPT300多缸圓錐破 —— 層壓破碎技術保障成品低針片狀率（<8%）；
制砂整形：VSI6X1263立軸沖擊破 —— 采用四口轉子設計，成品砂細度模數可調（2.4-3.0）；
篩分分級：5臺S5X圓振動篩 —— 多規格同步篩分，篩分效率≥90%。
2. 產能與成品
時產600噸，年產能可達150萬噸（按年工作250天計）；
成品應用：
精品骨料 → 商混站、預制構件
道砟石 → 鐵路、公路路基
